The Kronos Quartet played a concert at BOZAR that I went to. They cover a diverse array of genres but for today’s concert, they focused mainly on American minimalism, and experimental music.
I found their quality very impressive – playing incredibly complicated pieces with apparent ease, but I also appreciated the humour that David Harrington (first violin and presenter) brought to the show. Between each piece he would introduce the next and give some fun banter, which kept the mood of the concert light and positive.
